Yikes, you are pissed. I can understand, to a point. Goggles are cool, but the fact that the kid swiped the sandals as well is pretty low. I am sure you were just pissed off and didn't really mean to wish death on the little bugger. Really can't blame him (if it was a kid), he is only acting based on which he/she was taught.

I live in Alabama, where people dress their kids with about as much forethought and skill as a drunk monkey. I actually have a slight sense of style, and dont send my son to school in John "You sure got a Purty mouth" Deere green everyday. He has had 3 hoodies come up stolen by the same 2 kids at school. When I finally confronted the kids parents, (white trash in a single wide) the mother told me that they really liked them, and I shouldnt worry about it since I could afford it and they couldnt.

I told them that I already pay for her welfare and food stamps, I wasnt going to dress her kids too.

it started when my kids were small and had other kids over to play or spend the night. toys would be missing, jewelry... the same kids are young adults now and are worthless to society. i have no doubt they will be just as useless 20 years from now. waste of space.

i did go to one girls house that had stolen a ring that was really important to Tesla. i never met the parents before and the dad was huge and intimidating. i focused on the kid and told her i knew she took the ring and she needed to give it back or my next stop was the police station. she cried and weaseled and made a great show of being innocent then looking and not finding it. i said fine the police will be back. she went in her room a while and then looked thru laundry and found it. somehow supposedly it had fallen in her sock. yea ok. she's still a loser all these years later.

Maybe a mom grabbed them by accident and put them in her bag. When she realizes she has done this she will bring them back to the pool and put them in the lost and found. Just a thought. Or some little f'er stole them.

Well, I really feel like a bunch of hate won't exactly fix the issue. Material goods are just that, material goods. If parents aren't raising their children right, shouldn't you be concerned? You are part of a nation, and while you may feel as though you are useless as just one person, you still do have the power to change things, whether it be your own household, your own town, your own state. Things aren't likely to change if you just vent about it on some forum online.

We all understand the frustration, I am just saying that there may be something more to come from all of it, besides rage and hatred. The Western world is on a downward spiral, if we don't try to change anything, who will?

Oh, and the movie Idiocracy is an interesting watch, while it is silly in parts, it seems to hold value on where we are actually headed as a society.

I remember when I lived n the projects, I was about 8, this Mexican kid stole my little brothers big wheel, a kid my age way too fat to ride it, but yet he stole it....I went to his house, knocked on the door, he answered and there it was right in his living room, I punched him square in the nose and walked in and grabbed it. You know his parents had the audacity to come to my house and tell my father I gave their son a bloody nose and that I needed to apologize. My father straight up told them that I didn't have to apologize for taking my back stolen property and that if their kid continued to steal he would have them evicted, he worked there as a maintenance man. I had to learn to get tough really quick living in that place, especially as a white kid....

you're a sweetheart and i understand thinking that way but all the love in the world will not keep a little shit from stealing you blind. handing out daisies to men in prison won't keep them from mugging your mother and buggering your kids either. i used to live near two little boys who's parents were garbage. these kids would terrorize my son all day then come to my house after dark for a safe place to be cuz they didn't want to go home. my door was always open. the police said people in the neighborhood fed them etc and a few of us called children's services. nothing happened cuz the grandparents had money and could have put up a costly fight in court. i have no doubt these boys will be part of the prison population because no matter how many times they sought shelter at my house and were given acceptance and kindness they were back being true to their nature the next day.


how a child is raised doesn't always determine the results either. some kids can be born in good families and be rotten little evil shits. some kids can grow up in a drunken shithole and be great people. there comes an age where you know right from wrong and either you care or you don't a lot don't and never will. they are a blight and should be disposed of. we have a system that impotently tries to do just that but no one has the balls to make it really work for society.

ok... lets look at society like baking a cake you have some this some that.. then you have the criminal element. it's like adding shit to your batter. you get the society you get by how much shit you're willing to tolerate. i don't want shit in my cake.

I had my all time favorite pair of sun glasses stolen by some nigglets at the WMCA. $200.00 is a big deal to me, but the worst part is I can;t pay another pair. They dont; sell that model anymore.

and muscle girl just a last thought on this. the point is not material goods at all his stuff is replaced and that's that. it's not really the things that matter it's that some people are just worthless inside. they see the rest of us as prey. the thief did not think for two seconds he was depriving another child of his shoes. the world just does not need people like that and there are more and more of them all the time. it's not about the shoes it's about having to share the earth with people who know right from wrong and do wrong anyway. i'd rather they be disposed of than thrown a pity party. if only reformatories could actually reform it might be a solution but they don't. little crooks just grow up to be big crooks and it's not just our stuff in jeopardy it's our lives our homes our communities. this is a beautiful city with little vermin riff raff leaving their smears of shit all over it.
