flavor combinations will take more concentration. panna cotta with fresh figs or zabaglion with strawberries. i'd buy a small collection of really nice italian pastries. you can get a collection of miniature pastries if you order ahead usually.

touch objects. different feathers. you can but very good ones at high end craft stores and they should have fabrics there too you could buy small pieces of silk, satin, velvet... different flowers would be nice she could guess by feel and scent. a marble a rough stone a polished stone... therapeutic putty would be interesting, ice, dry rice slightly warmed in the microwave.


i'd do some with the food then the touch tests then more food... don't make her eat so much she feels bad. and if you are really sweet on her i'd end the touching game running a nice necklace on her skin or some thoughtful but not terribly expensive gift. a lasting reminder of a very special experience.
