Laurence Fishburne’s daughter Montana wanted to be rich and famous just like her dad. But instead of auditioning for feature films she took the Kim Kardashian route and filmed a racy tape to gain notoriety.

"I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape," Montana told TMZ in July.

Needless to say, her father was none to happy with his daughter’s career path and it was reported that he cut her out of his life once he learned about what she had done.

Well, Lawrence’s little girl may be doing just that. TMZ is now reporting that Montana has kept another secret from her dad and this might actually prove to be one he can be proud of.

Sources say the “actress” is checking herself into an inpatient facility in California for 30 days. It’s believed that the facility she will enter specializes in anger management, behavioral problems and mental illnesses.

“She'll also undergo diagnostic tests to determine if there are underlying behavioral or mental issues,” reports TMZ.

Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, could not be reached for comment.
