It's delicious I pour it on my hot dogs, salads, banana pancakes, even use it in the bedroom to sweeten the pie.....

I would like to know other people's stance on this subject. Being a "health and fitness" site I am hoping most of the answers sway against the stuff but also give facts backing up their claims. If you do not care either way post it up too.
I have a friend who is a Bio Professor and doesn't see anything wrong with it. Then again he is 6' 320lbs and doesn't look like ronnie coleman.

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
HFCs are bad, IMO.
We have seen here on IM (in D & N) the lecture by the doctor on sugar & HFCs.
Since HFCs were allowed into American food look at the correlation of rising obesity.
HFCs are in so many things. If you are into health and BBing, avoid it.
It take A LOT of time to remember all of the food products that have HFCs.
Has anyone seen the condensed version of the doctors lecture on HFCs? It's well done.
The short vertion: quicker, and packed with info. Recommend watching this.
The longer version: very informative. In the middle it's a bit "bio-medical" in terminology though:
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.
