Thread: Lift Strong

First of all, I want to make it clear that this post is not spam. I think after being on this forum for almost 5 years makes that obvious enough.

I recently discovered a charity called "Lift Strong". It was started, I believe, by Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove. Alwyn is an internationally renowned strength and conditioning coach who was diagnosed with lymphoma. Due to modern medical research, he was treated well and is doing much better.

I just found out about this last week, and today I discovered one of my friends was diagnosed with lymphoma. I just ordered a hoodie today. I was going to purchase one anway, but this is an uncanny coincidence nonetheless.
