For those that havent heard and knew him, Iron Addict, Wesley Silveira passed away 9-11-2010. If you go to his site, there is a memorial fund set up in his name. If I remember, he had a forum here at one time. He was 48

He was a great guy. Very knowledgeable trainer and a great friend to many. He had been a significant contributor to many online training forums since around '98-'99 or so. Trained thousands of people and helped countless thousands more indirectly through his writings. This is a very sad loss for the community.
