I can say what places i haven't visited.one bennie of being in the armed forces

What amazing places have you visited? I hope that some day I will be able to visit the pyramids, spend the day in Athens or even Rome. I have visited the Mayan ruins in Dzibilchaltun and that was not nearly as awesome as some of the other ones.
My kids sweating to death. It was 118 F with the heat index.

If you strike me down(ban me)I'll become more powerful than ever.. Don't say i don't warn you.
Pyramids were prolly my number one...but I really want to explore the central and south american ruins of the Maya, Olmecs, and Incas

Cayman Islands, Egypt, and Kuwait while the oil rigs were burning during desert stom, all compliments of Uncle Sam and the US Navy. But, the coolest, was going through the panama canal on a Destroyer. That was the shit!!

Columbus, Ohio.

China was cool just because it was so different. I always love visiting New York City. San Francisco was really beautiful. I would love to visit Africa and the Gallapogos. I'm to lazy to look up the correct spelling...

Sydney and Albany Australia, not to mention Bass Strait between Aus and Tasmania during winter, the waves were crashing over our bridge on a guided missile cruiser..
Then we shot across the indian ocean at full speed and entered the Straits of Hormuz between Oman and Iran, these angry bearded men stood on the cliffs with AK-47's just staring us down as all this angry Arabic gibberish and yelling crackled from the radios, it was dawn, just enough light to make it gloomy out and on top of the ominous situation it was mating time for sea snakes so the waters churned with thousands of writhing serpents, as if we were floating on nothing but like the pit in Indiana Jones where the floor moves.....If any of you has seen the movie Serenity about the spaceship, there's a part where they float past the "Reavers" and they hear screaming and squealing over the radio as they glide past or that point in Apocalypse Now when they are passing the Do Lung bridge at night those 2 scenes really bring back the same way I felt while passing through the Straits of Hormuz...the only time I've ever been more anxious than that was while sitting mine watch at night later that summer in the Gulf....
Stopped at Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali, Dubai and Bahrain, that was culture shock for me... First real foreign countries I'd been to....Australia wasn't much different from America, but damn it's a whole other world in the Middle East and Asia...
Later we went to Phuket and Hong Kong saw all of these gorgeous temples, went on hikes, climbed mountainous hills...

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Paris and London, but I have nothing available digital. This was mid to late '80s. Went drinking in Paris with shipmates (ignored the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower) and went to a play - "The Seven Year Itch" - in London.

I did some private security work for The Masked Magician a couple of years ago and we went to Dubai, I have to find the pictures from the princes they didn't allow us to take any pictures they took them for us.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

-I know your words, just not together.
I've been in Maui for a vacation so I have pics. JUST got back and want to train. I might post some pics tomorrow. Some places I go I don't take pics. Anyhow, I travel a fair amount. One thing I have learned is to not train hard when traveling. Traveling is a drain on your central nervous system. To be your best you don't over do it. With the drinking, sex, and/or other.. training hard is not helping you. BTW, if you rent a car bring your Tom Tom. I love you Tom Tom.

I really enjoyed a trip when I was young to Flathead lake in Montana.
I like to frequent Kansas City for the sales they have.

Oh, did I mention I live in Honolulu, HI and go to Maui and Kona all the time for business reasons....
Also I love San Fran for the cool weather all the time and I lived on the side of a mountain in Oregon when I was 5 that was beautiful country....
