its a peacekeeping force with Pakistani, African, Philippine and Bangladeshi soldiers...those countries send there soldiers there to learn how to operate. So yes...the UN security forces are useless, especially since they won't fire their guns unless shot at. oh yea, they've been caught raping local women too.

diplomatic immunity is such garbage most of the time...part of its reason to protect espionage operations, but its grossly abused in many cases.
There was one Saudi prince working at the embassy that got drunk and hit some one in DC...resulting in the the death of the sober driver (might have been a passenger I can't remember, but the victim was young). The only thing that happened in court was a deportation, although I'm sure the royal coughed some petrodollars to quell the issue.
