'Napoleon Dynamite' Cartoon Series Coming to Fox

Get ready for all those obnoxious quotes from 2004 to make a resurgence: Fox has ordered a six-episode cartoon series of the inexplicably popular flick 'Napoleon Dynamite.'

According to the Live Feed, the original cast members -- including star Jon Heder -- will be lending their voices to the cartoon. 'Simpsons' veteran Mike Scully, along with Jared and Jerusha Hess, are writing and executive producing the project.

Fox has also ordered another teen-targeted cartoon, this one from 'Superbad' star Jonah Hill and 'Yes Man' writers Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul.

The series, 'Allen Gregory,' follows the world's most celebrated 7-year-old who must attend elementary school with regular kids. The network has ordered seven episodes of the series.

"Hey Tina come get some ham, gosh!
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Love the movie! Hope the show is as good. I can understand why some people hate the movie though.
