    Difficulty Breathing in warm temps?

just wondering how many of you have this same problem that i do.....i have to leave the window open during the cold nights so the air is crisp enough to breathe.....when the heat is on or when it's warm i almost feel like i'm choking and gasping for air....(especially though nostils versus mouth breathing)......i don't think i could live in a "dry heat" state like new mexico or arizona as a result......

I came from the same area of the country as you (upper midwest) and moved to AZ...I love this dry heat and never had any problems breathing. I will say the first few weeks I coughed a lot due the dry air zapping moisture out of my throat.

u could have asthma, or septum problems, could be anything. i would get it checked out. it sounds like a nose septum is blocking your air to breath. just a guess and iam in no way trying to be one. so let a dr tell u for sure irish, that must be a bitch.
