Probably paint on abs like they use to do facepaint except kids now days are more vain at an earlier age from all of our image centric celebs.....

My high school girlfriend was super lean and had abs like that. She was 5'7" and between 110-115 lbs.
Those girls might be gymnasts or, yeah, 'shopped.
