    BIG mistake!

So I upped my calorie intake a bit to try and add some legit muscle mass. I was 10% bodyfat a month ago, but no I am...well, here is the pic.

Any suggestions on how to get my abs back? I mean, I've been doing remote control curls for bicep definition and doing 2 crunches every time I get out of bed for some cheetos...but still, not results.

Get P90X! and be sure to make a "mean face" and cross your arms like an x after you do the exercises for added douche-ality.

I wouldn't worry about cutting yet. After all, you can't sculpt a pebble! You need to EAT EAT EAT.
