Drawing your own illustration book question

    Hi folks,

I want to make a cartoon-like illustration book for my cousins for Christmas. Problem is, i can't draw for shit. Is there something online where i can describe what i want the story to be and what pictures to use and it will create it for me? Or are there professionals out there that you can go to and pay them to do it?
