    Hi people , here are some of my bodybuilding routines any advice welcome, I know my posing is not good.

    Your quads are huge. What do you do for legs?

    Your posing looks good in the 3rd video. I am more of a fan of the slower more artistic posers. i.e kevin levrone.

    Thanks , I used to do really heavy squats but not any more as I am trying to get every bodypart equal,

    hopefully when I compete next year I will be doing a slower routine , just need lots of practice. kevin levrone is really good

    Nice job!

    One of the most surprising things about bodybuilding was that posing is hard. Again, nice job.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    It can be very hard and exhausting especially because you are dehydrated and starving and the stage lights are really hot they make you sweat

    am doing niel hills yt3 traing and finding it good on my 6th week now , diet is goon on 4-5000 cals a day clean food , should be putting on some good size in the new year,
