I do not really have a "idol" perse, when I was a teenager my idol was Sylvestor Stallone. But I think we all grow out of that stage in life where we have idols.

I would have to say a girl I work with!! Shes 34~ And looks 20! She's the one who got me into Lifting weights! YOU Guys should see her body! If she got up on stage..she would win any show!! ~ But she won't compete..she does it FOR HERSELF!! And thats why I do it! Anyway..She's totally inspired me, and I always thank her for getting me into weights!!!
