And, only a single type of fish (drum fish) died off in massive numbers, too.

But hey, they were in Arkansas. Maybe they thought it was the only way out.

As much as I love making fun of Arkansas (more so than most) there are some awesome places down there like Hot Springs.

No doubt. The only places in the US that I don't really like are a few particular inner cities.

yeah. Gawker.com had both of the stories posted with a comment in the article that said "if you're wondering where jesus will be when he comes back"...
thought it was funny. pretty crazy though. two weird things to happen like that back to back in the same place.

what scientists did they ask? lol @ birds being struck by lightening, if the object is not grounded then current can not flow as there is no difference of potential.

that fact that most were dead and not simply disoriented is quite the mystery.

Not only that, but it was somehow lightening, the ready to eat bird dinner would be a clue.

There really are some beautiful places. A lot of them where mid Missouri/Arkansas run together, some southern parts of the states, and various other sections.

I was all excited and went out this morning looking for zombies. But all I saw were the usual zombies, the Obama fans and the Mac users.

I want my brain eating zombies, dammit!

It seems to be turning into a global phenomenon....I think it's aliens myself
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

yeah, i heard either stress from fire works caused them to freak and die or they flew into a lighting storm.

1)why have i never heard about another flock of hundreds of birds flying into a lighting storm and being killed or dying from fireworks after all this time?

2)what are the statistical chances that this would happen right around the same area and time of the fish thing?
