So.... turns out I'm a fat ass

I can make a list of excuses, but doesn't matter. Turns out I really am fat. At my best I was at 12% bf at around 175 lbs and that was about 2/3 years ago. Then I hit a plateau and decided to run my first test cycle. two years later I find out I'm 24% with about the same strength I had then. I did them all wrong. No PCT on the first one after 10 weeks. second one no estrogen control and bad diet. third one was shorter but again bad diet.

Let this be a warning to stupid ass new people with no training or aas experiance coming in thinking they'll read a little bit and this and that.

All this time I was thinking I was around 17-18% bf and that those handheld units that measure bf were off, but I finally did a caliper test friday and I'll be god damned....

after a full week of chicken/lean beef, brown rice and steamed veggies I lost 10 lbs. dropped down to 190.2 lbs and did the test that night and was 24%. thats after losing weight this past week which i promptly put 5 lbs back on in depression drinking and eating after finding this out.

But..but...I thought that AAS just magically makes you as big as Arnold! It doesn't? You have to workout and diet right?

    Say it isn't so!!!
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Not the end of the world. If you learn from your mistakes and correct them you can cut down and be ready for the next time. Sounds like diet is a big issue. What you eat is crucial. Get your diet together and if you run another cycle after cutting down your bodyfat level, you will likely have far more benefit from your run.

at least you learned a lesson. most don't realize how many really use AAS. the majority of the people at the gym using gear don't look like it because they are doing it all wrong.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I just brought that up to show in one of the ways I messed up. It is all diet though. juice'n didn't make me fat.

Anyways I'm just really pissed, not trying to have a pitty party. I didn't realize how bad I had got.

I can pinch a little over 3/4 of an inch....time to start hiking...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
