Those little house are usually built on a tandem axle steel or aluminum car trailer and between the trailer and the "house" these thing are $40-$50K no BS.
Fuck that because $50K would buy a nice slightly used Airstream which has a lot more room, is towable over long distances and actually has good resale value for a trailer.
Whatever floats this fairy's boat I guess.
