Gear & Divorce horror stories?
Can anyone explain their experience(s) with divorce? Was there a big commotion in the courts? What happened, since, it is freakin' illegal!?!
Is it really that big of a thing?

I've wondered about that. The wife knows I use gears, so I've wondered what if. I reckon it would tip the scale towards her favour and you'd have to try and fire back with something to offset it. In the meantime, you'd have to get ridda your stash a deny it. Unless she's got proof or you admit it in court, she doesn't have shit on you.

I am a divorce attorney and I have seen it used against fathers for custody issues. The trouble is proving it. I represented a pro and he was juiced to high heaven, but everything was done in cash, so they couldn't prove it. When he came in I told him to cut that shit out until the case was over. (I never actually "knew" whether or not he was on the gear.) They tested him a month or so later but he was clean at that point.
The biggest lesson is keep your f'n nose clean during the case. If you can't act like one of the Waltons during the case then you have an issue. Consider it like parole, don't screw up for that certain time period and you will be fine.
