Overrated and no talent? That is a ridiculous thing to say, I have seen him perform live twice now and he is extremely talented, whether you like his music or not. And he never sold out to a big label, he succeeded on his own terms.

I have to admit I am surprised at all of the Kid Rock hate here.

I don't hate him. I just think he should buy his own damn car. GM has done nothing but gone downhill in my book. Every car I've ever owned until the last one has been a GM, and I don't think I'll be buying another one ever again. Do I hate Kid Rock? No. Do I hate GM? Yes!

No, in my find Chevy should have never given him the car. Are you serious? A company that my tax dollars pays for to keep afloat giving away cars to someone who can afford it. If they're going to give away a car they could have, at least, somehow put it towards charity or something. I'd rather see them give a car to someone who needs it.

I guess there getting my money anyway - like it or not.

as I said above its called advertising, giving cars to charity is not going to help Chevy advertise their new Camaro.

they have to spend money to make money, giving away that car does not cost them as much as you might think, and they must have felt there would be enough publicity around it that it was a good marketing move.

if KD isnt a douche, he'll ebay the cam and give the money to cancer research or Ronald McDonald house.

I do see your point, but giving them a customized car like that don't cost as much as I think? Well then why can't GM make them more affordable for hardworking Americans?

And Kid Rock does plenty of charity work. He's a non-issue with me on this.

Maybe he could give it to the United Negro College fund or maybe the Unicef. Maybe he could write a song about the Unicef.

I like Kid Rock but he definitely has fuck ups. In that song 'All Summer Long' he rhymes things with things, which is pretty sad.

And we were trying different things

I'd rather Chev endorse him than someone like Justen Bieber that's for sure.
