Upgrade Adobe Flash Player ??
I get this message every time I try to view any videos on Youtube or any other videos.
"You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video."
So I downloaded this and it still doesnt work. Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player
-Restarted browser
-Restarted computer
-Deleted all cookies
-uninstalled Adobe
-Reinstalled Adobe
-restarted computer again
No matter what I try I keep getting thisGoal: 190lbs - Currently: 190 lbs - 22.0% bf
I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members.
Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.
