"A Serbian Film" it is by far the most disturbing film I have ever seen/heard of. I can deal with blood and all that stuff but this just takes it to another level. The story line is pretty good but the things that happen in the film are just over the top disturbing. I turned the tv off for a few scenes especially one of them which is probably the most disturbing thing i've seen in a movie ever. Only reason I saw it is because my friend runs his own horror movie critic website and he is like if you want to see a crazy ass movie me being a movie buff he said this name. In my thought i was like how bad can a movie be to disturb someone that bad and I would lie if i said it didn't disturb me.

Yeah. Im gonna agree with you dude. I watched, tried to watch it last week. When It got too uncomfortable (You know what part I mean ) I skipped forward a little. I cant say I would recommend watching it so viewer beware.

^^^Its all curiosity im not a huge horror film fan myself i haven't seen this movie or the original. Im all about all the other genre of film though. The question is who comes up with all these crazy ass stories. The story line in "A Serbian Film" I couldn't even imagine that story line in my wildest dreams because its so f***ed beyond belief.

i thought that they already remade this. rated "worst film of all time", at one point. the scene where she cuts the guys balls off is pretty cool. i couldn't watch the girl next door though. that was truly disturbing to me.

i read an interview with the writer/director of "a serbian film". his goal was to "visually assault the viewer" to the point they had to turn it off/walk out. from my understanding, that was achieved. i'm not gonna watch it.

All I can say is WOW!!!! Ill put that on the Movies not to watch list right next to Brokeback Mountain. If anyone feels any type of empathy this type of movie would not be apealing to the viewer. More horror flicks are not about the story anymore they have to keep competing in ,blood,violence,and nudity and now even rape. Its sad and even more so for a human being to enjoy watching. Dare to justify?
