Internet filtering starts with the parents. I've taught my children about sex and what's acceptable and what's not. I've also taught them what's safe and what's not.

IMO, this has been occurring already for decades and porn is not the cause.

the US is a very "id" based country and it's getting worst every year. thanks to the Baby-boomers there is a whole generation of children out there with no concept of the delay of gratification and it's benefits socially or economically. our diets have changed along with activity levels creating less healthy offspring. when you factor in the decline of the family more children being born/raised in a one parent home this problem will only get worst as our society gets more complex yet less instruction is passed on from parent to child each generation.

there are European and Latin countries that show full frontal nudity on commercial and daytime tv and they all have far less amounts of teen pregnancy, violent sexual assaults, etc. so in that regard I do not think that exposure to sex at an early age is a contributing factor either.
