....and it sucks!
All the smart people find a way to get out of Jury Duty, so what's left are the dumbassesI hope I never do something really bad because I'll end up having to rely on a bunch of stupid people to acquit me.
**Not picking on anyone that didn't get out of Jury Duty** well kinda....

I either sit there saying "I like fried tatters" or "I like jury duty because it lets me do God's work."
I never stay more than a few hours.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

get a criminal record and you will never have to worry about jury duty again..
I have never done it before, so it's bound to happen. Maybe I better get this just in case..

you're all beautifull, no matter what they say....
I'm just gonna stop voting!![]()
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.

What a waste of taxpayers money. There must be 100 people here sitting down doing nothing.

wear a shirt that says, "kill'em all and let god sort'em out" or something like that, and they will throw you out.
Cutting Hurts, But I Want To Be Hard ! ! !

Ya just answer questions with I think everyone is guilty and then go into a story about watching someone in a store and you swore they stole something so you followed them and watched them for the next 6 hours... That will do it, or at least get you a nice visit with a Doctor in a nice white coat... LOL

I should sit there and stare at the accused and do the cut throat hand motion.
Grand jury was fucking awesome! I went every Tuesday for 20 weeks. My employer had no problem with it so it was like an extra day off. As soon as we got into court we were handed a sheet with the daily cases we were going to hear and approximate duration.
We usually got out around noon so I just went home and LHJO for the rest of the day. Sure as hell beat working. And the court house was within walking distance from my apartment.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I think its everyones duty.People should do it would you like corn fed ned judging you if you ever did a crime? i know it sucks and the pay sucks and the food sucks.I did it once before i joined the service and it was a good exp a teen(18) his friend got caught with some coke and they charged him like the other person.it was a ver small amount. well the kid was looking at a felony. what pissed me off was they a DA would waste taxpayers money on something like this so when we went in to do our thing i spoke my mind and the kid was not guilty the Da wasn't happy but
suppose it had been someone that just wants to stick it to someone just because they have a crappy life.(Yes people do that all the time) Good for u mino in sticking it out and doing your duty as an american.(really well done)![]()
If you strike me down(ban me)I'll become more powerful than ever.. Don't say i don't warn you.

I just told them I'm on drugs and haven't slept in 2 weeks(for real back then I was taking vicodin for my back pain and was taking care of my GF's dying grandfather).....You gotta be one of the first to stand up and give a reason why though cause when they have a large pool of jurors it's easier to get weeded out
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
