I'm from Boston originally, still love going there. Lot's to do and see.

Aruba is fucking awesome. Think Caribbean without the island monkeys. All the cabs are fixed prices to predetermined destinations like $30 for 4 to travel to the "condos/hotels" beaches area. $10 for 2 from the beaches area down to sea port area. The locals are so polite and not begging for tips its almost weird.

I recommend the diving, fishing and helo tour. The Holiday Inn is probably around $100-125 night and it's fine, directly on the water and 200' from the water and some of the best sunsets in the world. There's a big beach club/bar next door. Literally across the street from the hotels and condos is everything you could imagine from Hooters to TGI Friday's to casinos to local seafood restaurants. And if you hear smoke and 8'ball as you pass a guy or two you aren't hearing things. Super clean and super safe at any hour unless you are a girl from Alabama. Also, you clear US Customs coming home in Aruba then you walk through the duty free areas so load up on booze heading home.

As far as I know AirTran only goes to Aruba on Saturdays.

i guess we are going to New orleans tomorrow afternoon for 2 days.

It wasn't that cheap but I couldnt find anything else.

Went to purchase to morning flight and they were avaiable but by the time I went to submit my purchase I guess someone beat me to it so now its late afternoon flight.
