Hey all,I just joined a week ago and been getting some good help,thanks.I,ve been lifting for a coulple yrs last two got in it hard.Just can't seem to get it right putting on muscle that is.I overtrained a month ago and scewed myself(health) up so took time off changed diet and cardio and lifting split.Enough of that lets get in to cars.Thats one problem i also deal with is the fatigue can't go anywhere to enjoy life!I have a 67nova ss that i've been building for 5+yrs and my diet and training make it hard to do anything to it.Put a full tube frame in it full cage tupped to the core,all aluminum int. floor,trunk,dash,firewall,put new front end independent suspension disc brakes all the way around new stroked small block,turbo 350full manuel rev valve bodies.It should run bottom 9's in 1/4.In full street trim.Fuel is $9.50a gallon and can only buy 55gal drums(vp120)cause of the compression (14.2)So what'cha ya got!!Not a ford guy but have a passion for all cars (even respect rice burners within reason)
