My wife is a Nurse and used to work in a Low income clinic. One day when her and the Dr were giving a TWELVE year old Pelvic exam because whe was pregnant. the Dr said the word "Vagina" the Girl's grandmother said that's a pretty name maybe you should name you baby that. My wife had to explain to her what a Vagina was.

She across some unusual names when working there

Nosmoking pronounced nos mo king = No Smoking
Lemonjello pronouced le monjello = Lemon jello

what is worse that that is she had a welfare recipeint come in for a pregnancy test and it was postive she came out in the waiting room and told her freinfd "I got a raise, I got a raise"

She worked across from the projects and one day her taillight got sho out by a stry bullet.

I just heard about a girl with three kids and not married who has no job, except for collecting wefare and WIC. Luckily Obama likes to "spread it around" so she gets 6K back on her tax return. She doesn't even pay taxes!
