Hey Everybody!

I'm a 21 year old male who has been going to the gym for around a year now and recently decided to try DMZ. i thought this would be the way to grab be some relatively quick results through all the positive feedback that i had read on it. anyway i have purchased 4 weeks worth of the stuff and probably haven't done as much research on it as i should have (i know stupid!)
if anyone could help me out with supplements they think i should be taking with the stuff along with water intake it would be much appreciated.
also how long they think before results will start to show.
