I dont believe we humans have reached that level of technology to create a weapon that caliber.
Maybe in the next couple of centuries.

utilizing RF energy in this way one could make both a powerful weapon and/or defense shield. no doubt star was funding was dumped for HAARP, lasers just require far to much power and because of that really need to be terrestrial based.

I have to disagree here. The proof's in the pudding. Just read up about
    the project.

I find that hard to believe, even thought nothing surprises me now a days. I just find amazing that particular earthquake did not even tickle Dominican Republic ( Haiti and DR are basically the same Island) .

Because it wasn't an earthquake caused by shifting plates under the crust,
it was a focused beam of highly charged particles sent straight into the ground!

P.S. I've always wondered, how the fuck do you pronounce your name??

Military scientists have been trying to manipulate weather systems in order to create a potential weapon for some time now, actually the call was, to own the weather. I think after all this time, some advances had to be made?

There has been several types of unconventional weapons using radio frequencies. The U.S. had already mastered the know how to create sudden climate changes in the 80's.

These make it possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using (ELFs).
i.e. hurricanes, drought, and possibly dare I say, earthquakes.
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.

I don't think we humans have the responsibility and foresight to use this technology safely. If history tells us anything, we will continue to damage our planet with emerging technologies to only become aware later, after the fact, of the irreconcilable consequences we have created.

Power and money, it feeds to easily into the human psyche to deny.

    Conclusions: We are fucked.

I watched the special that Jesse Ventura did on HAARP. It is interesting and makes ya think if it can happen or not.

I have a dvd on HAARP but haven't seen it yet. I'm surprised others are talking about it other than the couple of people I know.

well with unprecedented "natural disasters" occuring across the globe, it only makes sense that people start to wonder if there's more to it, than what they're being told on television.

I think some probably tried to link the quick response by the US to a feeling of guilt for causing the event. IMO, we really had to since Haiti's regular military was disbanded under the Clinton admin so they really didn't have the man power.
