that is an understatement.. I abhor reality tv but spaced out one day and caught myself watching one of those shows as I tuned in during commercial and one of the mothers was telling her daughter that "beauty is a talent"....WTF? it's a freaking physical attribute

There is a lady down the street who does all that kid pagent stuff and some of it is tad amount to child porn.

Heard about this on the radio this morning. My wife and I caught one of those pageant shows a while back and all the moms are the same. Fat, ugly women who over compensate with their kids. Not suprised at this at all, just a matter of time before they start with plastic surgery.

When I lived in Texas my first stepmother would doll up my 2 baby twin sisters and take them to Beauty contests until they were 6 years old. Of course she was obese and treated them like Russian gymnastics coaches do with their athletes. Her mother was no better though she did the same to her when she was younger, but her mom didn't turn fat she just tanned way too much, tried too many things to stay young and married a wealthy man and spent all her time at the country club playing tennis. I swear every time we'd stay over for weekends we'd spend 60% of our time at the country club swimming or on the driving range while she and her husband socialized. If me, my brother or sisters went looking for her she'd give us 20 for food and tell us to hurry and run along, she didn't want anyone to know she was a grandmother, and she treated her fat daughter awful cause she wasn't her little beauty queen anymore. It just taught me that no matter how much money a person can have they always find a way to be miserable....

Fuck botox. She needs to get her some diet drugs.

I have a huge problem with this, I have 3 beautiful daughters, 9,7,3 I'm against pageants for girls, I think it sends out the wrong message to them, is ok to be competitive & you have to teach your kids that they are not always going to win & this is ok as well, but I think pageants teach little girls that is ok to be judge based their looks, and IMO creates a very superficial view of what a girl just be judged on.

I'm raising my girls to be strong, independent an to use their brain, not their beauty. No offense to the parents that are involved in pageants, I just don't agree witht the message it sends out.

As far as the Botox, this mom is crazy, why would u want to do something like that to a little girl.. Botox I hear could be very painful, I have a hard time taking my kidsto get their regular shots at the doctor's office, I would never make them go thorugh something like this... Just wrong !!!!!!!

Where is the hell is the issues of growth and the nerves that are being severed? This might cause some damage for the children with their nerves . I am still not too sure about this issue, but really think that the dumb broad should reconsider such means for expression of "so-called" beauty and teach this child the issues on dieting. Christ, she even needs it!!!!

What is wrong with people? We need to let our kids be kids. I totally think it is a form of child abuse. She should be playing with her dolls, not getting shot in the face.

That mom needs to be tried for abuse and that child needs intensive therapy. These pageants are just disgusting. I think of my two nieces who are so innocent and joyful and then think about kids thrown into this life that amounts to slavery or some fucked up form of it. That fat bitch mother should get a botox shot to the fucking eye and a paddle across the face, makes Americans look like a bunch of two bit dumb-asses. End rant/

what most don't understand is that you can't undue decades of nutrient deficiencies in the body. long term nutrient deficiencies are the underlying causes of most degenerative diseases. not a pill in the world can do anything about that.
