I've read the other periodicals in the MSM.

He was definitely in good position to oust Sarkozy in the coming election.

He's very wealthy and if he went back to France, there is no legal mechanism to bring him back for trial. So, he is, a flight risk.

Apparently (this needs to be proven) he's been involved in other incidents. He also has tried to claim diplomatic immunity, which he does not qualify for.

Perhaps these bankers are so wealthy and powerful that they can do what they want? The hotel he was at costs $3,000 per night. Perhaps he thought at that price it was a full service hotel.

Will he beat the rap? We've seen it before.....

Super wealthy guy thought (perhaps) he could abuse a cleaner.
