Whom ever fixed my attempt at posting the link, thank you.

Hench: You've never heard of the Melvins? They are aband from SF, California and have been around since 1985. They're just a really cool punk band. You should have some of their stuff in your ipod during your training.

I just posted it becasue I thought it was cool, different and funny.

    Enjoy.

    Before my time bud.

Not something I would put on for a bit of easy listening, but could see it being useful during a set of squats!

You ever listen to any House music (European, not American) i.e. Progressive, Electro, Funky ect. Stuff can be all over the spectrum, but plenty of tunes similar to the one you posted.

    Here's a link, it's all free:

That was trippy! I was waiting for the horse to make it's appearance. I seen a talking building, a tree and I could've sworn that guy was a Zombie, and was going to chow down on those guys in the office!

I could only get through a 1/3 of it.. too bad I don't puff like the magic dragon, otherwise I think it would be kinda cool.

Hench, I stopped the house music when I found it was a requirement to suck cock to listen to it. I assume taking the X makes getting rammed in the ass tolerable? j/k These days, I listen to death metal and rock (not butt rock) to get through a gym session.

lol that's why I said Euro not American house, completely different. What you guys call house....we don't really have.

I know what you mean about the 'cock sucking scene/X' scene, though over here it's all about D&B and Dub nights. I went to a load at the beginning of uni, good experience but not really my thing.

I got bored of it being all about the drugs and everyone pushing things further and further (ie 72 hour X binges) just to seem cool. I'd far rather go to the pub and get shitfaced with my mates.
