I wish you guy's would read the documents that I post from the OECD and ILO, they explain everything that is going on in the US and why it does and doesn't matter who is POTUS. the less benefits the US gov gives out to it's citizens the less these company's are obligated to give out as they only have to follow the laws and regulations of the host country's per the ILO and OECD guidlines. to stay competitive with multinationals US company's align their pay and benefit structure to the multi & trans national corps, which is based on what the us gov gives. that is why there are no real "pay increases" any more only wage adjustments based on the CPI to cover the increase in the cost of living.Quote:
