My Wittle DUDE!
I took the wittle dude's stats today too. He is approximatley 3/4's the size of my 7 year old and he's 2. He's just a BIG boy. Lucky little guy!!!
Note: Huggie Bear has a different father than my 3 girls. The girls' dad is Korean and not much bigger than me. That is good for them being females. Huggie Bear's dad (psychopath) is a HUGE Dutch Belgium with some Italian. Yes, he looks nothing like any of us and people always ask if he's adopted. So, starting January I'm getting him on a clean diet. Seeing as he's either going to be a pro BB or hockey player I want to give him the best start. For the past year he's definitely had his share of junk food, but up until he was 1yrs old I made sure his diet was SUPER CLEAN. Just to keep his wittle developing mind and body safe. Since then he's had everything and no allergies or bad reactions. I will post Huggie Bear's (Ryder's) diet and journal starting January. Seeing as his beautiful little mind and body are growing he will be provided with tonnes of fruits and veggies, EFA's and quality protein. He loves shakes too! I make sure their PURE shakes with no creatine, or other ingredients baby's do not need since I don't drink any other kinds either. His only supps. will be flax oil, protein powder (as mentioned a small serving of pure protein, no extra BB ingredients or herbs), and a children's multi. He is not a picky eater and loves his eggs and cottage cheese. Ryder's fave foods are : eggs, cottage cheese (he LOVES it), any kind of meat, yams, rice (any kind), grapes, peeled apples, melons( canteloupe), oranges, yogourt, nuts and seeds, actually he likes all veggies too, and oatmeal w/ a sweetener. I usually use maple syrup or cane sugar. He has to have his oatmeal sweet. So he's not too hard to work with on his diet LOL. He does have a fetish for chocolate chip cookies though. That's OK, he's allowed a cheat right? OHHHH and HE LOVES LEAN BODY LOW CARB BARS! He goes nuts when he sees them. If I have one, or I'm in the Health Food Store, he MUST HAVE ONE! So I think this could be fun! Seeing how well his big baby body responds, and how much smarter and well behaved he gets from quality food.
A chic on the move.

Wasn't it proven that children behave better and learn quicker on a diet without additives ?
Hopefully, otherwise you could end up with a 200lbs stubborn 11-year old ![]() Good luck!

Ryder's Workout/Training:
Daily walks Swimming - mom and tots swim cuz he's in lessons! Picking up toys and carrying them up and down the stairs ( by choice which is really annoying sometimes cuz they're left all over the place) Playing catch - he's a guy so he has a ball fetish Racing - his sisters' have him trained on the "On your mark, get set, GOOOOO!!! training) he thinks it's cool. Household chores - hehe Climbing in and out of his crib - increases adrenalin and heart rate trying not to get caught! Investigating dog poop (which he says EWWWW!!!) and other neat items in the back yard. Potty training with fun potty toys to spray at. Ab workout: Laughing at me when he's been bad!!! Or he sneaks some of his food to the pets!

LOL thanks preacher. No additives in Ryder's Jan. program. He's had far too much junk the past few months and I've noticed a definite behavior problem along with my other kids'. Oh and maybe myself too!!!

I agree with the healthy diet and behavior problems.
We only keep good food and snacks in our house cause if its there, I'll eat it so keeping cookies and chips is a no no in our house. I wonder about the protein bars though, is that ok for a young child? ![]()

Hmmm I don't know about the protein bars. He only gets about 1/2 of one a month. Mostly cuz I DO NOT LIKE TO SHARE THOSE> It definitely can't be worse then ketchup chips with red food dye, brown pops and other horrendous crap that unfortunately his little body has ingested the last few months.
My oldest daughter has a ketchup fetish and loves ketchup chips. She keeps buying them and feeding them to the innocent little guy! I'm excited for the wittle dude. It's going to be fun. I can't keep crap in my house either, cuz I'LL EAT IT!!!

hahah this is gonna be cool.

How far you push through that barrier is the level of intensity with which you train." -- Twin Peak

Yeah, I think Ryder will respond well to his daily regime. LOL. Though he'll probably dream about chocolate bars at night. I'll give him treats once in awhile, but I'm going to try to make sure it's either homemade by me, or something from the health food store like flavored soy nuts or something.
Or a natural PB ball using organic brown rice crisps or kashi or something. I'm sure I can come up with lots of interesting things.
A chic on the move.
