Anyone have a High Definition TV?

I can't believe how cool HDTV is! I just spent a fortune on a big screen TV........it's awesome.

Seems to me I saw somewhere that we will all have to have HDTV by 2004 or 2006 cause thats the only way it will be broadcasted?

I don't have an HDTV set but I have worked on a few productions...
What a diff,it's CHRISTAL CLEAR,you can almost feel the distance(depth)between two objects.
This new media will take lots of work to convert from the old standard(NTSC)You have to light it diffently,the sets have to be so much better(no little mistakes can be hidden to the lense).The costumes have to be perfect,(no little stiching,YOU CAN SEE THEM)
All and all,the industry standards will have to be brought up a few notches!!!

It's very impressive... and usually the more you pay the better options and sound quality that goes along with it. Get a high powered surround sound system. I have 2 $1k bose speakers that Dero would be VERY proud of!
