the first time I saw this I was in CT and I watched the whole thing time after time... just thinking about "home" and all the beautiful gals.... He usually holds his class in South Beach but I'm sure he now doesn't but his collegues carry on...

There is some gal at your gym that teaches hip hop at Powerhouse on Saturday's and I can't remember her name. According to the front desk, she comes to South Beach alot... do you know who I am talking about??

Oh, yeah!! Dark skinned girl, mid-20's (?), very well put together, and very happy all the time. She works out when I do (early morning). The girl's got some serious shape to her lower body.

I waltzed into the gym at 8:30 am when I worked out ther for a week... and I believe the temperature was like 60 degrees.... and that was hard! And you do this at 5 am. Wow, freezing cold!

While doing cardio some beast lady turned on the huge industrial hanging fan just as I was getting a good sweat! IT WASN'T EVEN HOT!!!! I was going to jump off my machine, unplug the cord, throw it into the ceiling and JACK SLAP the lady!!

Maybe she had asthma?

It's seriously cold in there in the morning. We've had temps in the teens this week, so you can imagine how cold that place gets! I've been wearing warmup pants and long sleeve t-shirts during my workouts.

She's out of there by 7:30 AM. I guess she has an office job because she usually leaves in a business suit. She looks pretty good in one, too.

there is this lady (in her early 30's) that works out there! Very sexy! She's probably 5'11"... great upper body and I think a great lower body as well. She and every other hot gal covers their asses and it looks stupid. I think their all
