72 y old at my gym

Little funny story. There is this 72 y old German guy at my gym,he works out everyday and if I look that good ,or live that long,at 72 ,I would be super happy. He comes in and puts 2 45lb plates and beches 10 sets of 20 or more. I tried it and it was actually pretty intense. This guy is 72! Sometimes I ask what hes at and hell be like "250 reps and I have 50 more to go"! I am going to try and get a picture of this guy so you can see. Its pretty impressive for 72. He also works almost full time and his wife is 56!!
Not a joke.
The other day I asked him what he was going to do after the gym and this is an exact quote:

"After I finish ,...I will go home and give the wife a workout"
He was grinning ear to ear. Hes about 5'5" tall. Hes pretty hip for an older dude.
Just thought I'd share that.

that is very impressive.. gee, ask him where he get's all his strength from, diet etc...

That's the thing....he just eats normally and no supplements etc. He said he worked really hard his whole life and was always strong for a little guy. I will try and post a pic in the next week or so.
