
Hi all
I havebeen training for sometime now had a break of about 3 months training 5-6 days a week to about 1 once a week ( lost my mojo) lol now I'm back training for about 2 months 5-6 days a week in the gym also playing footy so i train 2 nights a week with the team and play on sundays.
My diet is pretty good whole wheat for breakfast, Fruit yoghurt morning tea, salad/meat s/w lunch, i train then fruit of something after then a normal dinner meat and veg usually. just can not break 100kg weight.
I have tried most things Clen, Duromine diet is good i always cardio 1 k warm (cross trainer) up before i weight train and usualy a circut after if not a 2klm jog (walking machine) can not get under 100kg.
So i'm thinking bugger it I'll try operation get massive I'm 6'2 100kg i just recently obtained GHRP 6 should i begin to take this and up my protien to start growing my muscle, Doing this will i still burn fat ?
Opinions ideas theroys I'm open for suggestion ???
