seems like just about most websites that sell new phones want you to sign a contract for the cheapest prices.

Where to get a cheap cell phone?
I need to get a new cell phone because my iphone broke and can't going to pay full price for a new phone. I look on craigslist and ebay. Is there anywhere else to get a cell phone that i use? Want to get HTC HD7. Hard to get a good price on craigslist.
