Is it really considered Robowar or just glorified remote control cars?
When I think of robot war I think of bots fighting on their own with no human control. Just programmed logic making it's own decision on how to win the battle.
By the way, next year I am going to enter and win, I figure a couple spray nozzles, one with oil to slick the floor so they can't get traction and another to force salt water into the crevices and short out the circuitry. Maybe even one of those water jet metal cutters, just a small surgical puncture into the top chassis then dial back the pressure and splatter the circuits with saltwater....![]()
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Does anyone know if it's against the rules to use water to short out everyones robot in these competitions?
