    in terms of business the supreme court has been reduced to a kangaroo court, it will side with big corp the majority of the time from now on.

    For the most part, I believe corporations in the US are legally considered "people."

    I believe corporations started using the 14th Amendment to promote their interests a long time ago.

    Lot of criticism about this, and it's not like this in other countries.

    one of the core principles of neo-liberal economics is to "free" corporations from gov control regardless of the social and economic damage caused in their quest for huge profits.
