Did you do legs the next day?
Stand up and look directly down at your left foot, then imagine bending the lower leg/ankle directly out to the side of your body until the foot comes up to touch you knee on the outside.....with the foot still pointing forward, but now upside down.
I`m still surprised that humans can feel so much pain without becoming unconcious.
Don`t believe any of those fuck heads that say breaking your leg/arm doesn`t hurt that much.....I think they merely cracked it!
