An out-of-county district judge pleaded guilty this morning during a summary trial to harassing a fellow judge at a conference at the Radisson Penn Harris hotel in Camp Hill April 1. East Pennsboro Township police said they found Douglas Gummo, 42, of Petersburg drunk, unclothed and wrapped in a bed sheet early in the morning at the hotel after the woman called police.
Gummo, a Huntingdon County district judge, met the woman at the hotel earlier in the week during a district magisterial judge conference, police said. The woman also was a district judge from outside the Harrisburg area.
Police said Gummo tried to enter the woman's room with her earlier that evening, but she refused. Gummo returned soon after and beat on her door for about 10 minutes before trying to turn the door knob, police said. He left but returned two more times, pounding on the door and trying to get inside each time.
After Gummo's third attempt, the woman called police. Gummo was originally cited with harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
According to court documents, he pleaded guilty to the harassment citation before Magisterial District Judge Richard Dougherty and will be required to pay a fine. The citations for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct were withdrawn in exchange for the guilty plea. The case was handled at the district level and was not forwarded to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.

So they waived the other charges and Romeo gets a slap on the wrist.
The judge kept at her and all the while she's protesting, "Overruled! Overruled!" while smacking him with her gavel.
