You two ladies are nicer than me. I don't even bother to waste my time explaining things to anyone in my office because I know they won't listen to me anyway. When they ask me how I stay in shape, I just say I watch what I eat and I am very active. That's the most they'll get out of me.

the one trainer is pregnant and she's pretty good about eating, but "the baby gets hungry!" no one else really has a clue about eating right, but they just work there (paper work, etc.). The people that look at me the weirdest are the members!!!! they don't have a clue either, and i'm getting sick of trying to explain. it's like telling a 2 year old, "don't touch" but they're curious and touch it anyways! don't eat that Big Mac.......

Absolutely nothing wrong with it from time to time! I'm all about using cheats to keep me sane but there's a difference between a now and then treat vs. eating donuts and crap all the time and complaining about being overweight!
