so what if she runs? she won't get the GOP nomination.....it will be either romney, bachman, or rick perry......there won't be an independent to take away votes from the GOP either....they'll take away more from dems this time around
Rick Perry in not electable either. All that talk about Texas leaving the union will haunt him. The only two states he would win are Texas and Oklahoma. Because Oklahoma is Texas bitch in everything.
First before anyone calls me a lib, I need to point out that I am wildly libertarian. So I do have some liberal ideas, I also have some conservative points of veiw. Basically I really truly believe in a small government, unlike most republicans who believe in a small government that must be big enough to fight a losing war in drugs, interfere in the day to day activities of its citizens, and force a Christian sense if morality down everyones throat.
So with that said, I still don't see a republican candidate that can beat Obama on the list yet. You have a bunch of controversial and polarizing candidates that will not be able to reel in independents.
The worst part is the dems served this election up to the republicans on a silver platter, and the republicans choked it away.

Anyone but her and Bachmann, I prefer Romney out of the bunch only because I feel safer under him.
I need to dig up some dirt on this guy.

I disagree. I think you're correct that some folks will try to make this an issue but, I'm pretty sure they'll fail. Besides, the voter demographic for 2012 is going to be completely different than from '08. I have a strong hunch that Obama has turned his base off so much that they're just gonna stay home. At the same time, hard core conservatives are going to be coming out in droves. To them, cessation talks never sounded all that bad in the first place. All just speculation at this point.

Don't bother, he digs up enough on himself already. He's nothing more than McCain Part II. A left wing Republican trying to sell himself as a conservative.

Is there anyone out there on either side?
This is really sad.
