    Bros who shave chest/arms, advice?

I shave my chest and arms and every time I usually break out a bit or get razor burn, anything I can do to try to prevent that? It's annoying as hell having in-grown hairs and/or acne from shaving.

Actually yes! The girl that cuts my hair told me about it and it works wonders for me. It's called Tend Skin. Kinda smells like vinegar but a little goes a long way. Amazon sells it:

Amazon.com: Tend Skin The Skin Care Solution For Unsightly Razor Burns, Ingrown Hair And Razor Burns, 8-Ounce Bottle: Health & Personal Care

Is shaving arms really worth it? I have thin hair and don't think it'd make much of a difference. But I do shave my chest.

I used to break out on my back when I would shave, but I started using bikini zone shave gel and it cut way down on it, you might give it a shot since you can get it from wal-mart for cheap. And obviously shower first so your hair softens.

Most certainly. It's good on, and for, any skin. It cuts down on acne (for most people) and studies have show that it retard the wrinkling process.

    Yep. I bought 4 jars (16oz) for $6 a piece.

To use it, we your skin, rub the coconut oil in your hands until it becomes a liquid, rub it into the hair, wait a minute or so to let it sink in, and then shave.

Let me know what you think.

$6 a piece? Like at walmart? I'm excited to see how it works. I usually don't wait till my arms/chest look like a beast as I usually shave every 5 days.

The $6 special seems to be gone, but it is there for $8. You'll never go back to petrolium shaving creams.

I also used it as skin lotion. It does wonders for the feet.

Don't use Nair. That shit hurts no matter where you put it, and it doesn't have to be smooth as a baby's ass. Get one of these Home - Mangroomer

The Man Groomer works wonders. It's worth the $. I'm hairy as an effin gorilla and it takes a lot less time to dry off after a shower these days.
