A lot of my clients use Authorize.net. I'm told their prices are fair and that they very seldom have technical problems. They also have pretty good customer service.
I need one asap!!!! All of you small business owners kindly give me details about a reliable merchant account, to be more specific I need a Online terminal where I electronically charge credit/debit cards. I was with http://www.flagshipmerchantservices.com/ and they've suddenly have come to the conclusion of closing the door on my face after half of year of a wonderful relationship. I'm not on the TMF list according to them and had 0 charge backs. Any helpful information truly appreciated .

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Authorize.net is a payment gateway (we use them) but they cannot provide merchant services.

We had the exact same thing happen to us with our Wells Fargo merchant account. After 2 years of using them and not one chargeback we got a letter saying our account would be closed in 30 days. I called and talked to them for quite awhile and that was it the decision was final.
Did they give a explanation? were you put on the TMF list? Person X who kindly closed my account from one day to the other refused to give me any explanation and stated that he did no have to tell me anything. Wells Fargo gives out a 3 year contract I believe (which completely turned me off, due to a $500 early cancellation fee). My credit is shitty so im looking for a smaller merchant provider who will take me in.

I use Quickbooks Merchant Services along with my Quickbooks Enterprise. All my CC sales are over the phone, no swiping and no web chit.
I do ~$200K/mo in CC sales and QB MS was the best deal by far and they will renegotiate your rates (assuming you had higher sales than you initially projected) after the first 6 months if you ask them to.
I'm not sure what you mean by high risk, but my QB MS account is based on my excellent credit.

I recommend cash only transactions for prostitution services.....especially for gender non-discriminatory gigolos....![]()

wow, I wanna do what you guys do. $200k/month in sales is ridiculous.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

The high risk merchant takes into account all of the probabilities of loss. The businesses requiring this type of merchant account can be wrought with risk factors.
