I've made my fortune already with out hurting one single person in the process, not many can say the same...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

The reason why Tony use P90X or circuit training because it's really cheap to set up a stage and should people to do different moves at home. Team Beachbody is selling DVDs and papers which is really cheap to do. The user have to paid for the weights. It's not because it's a better way to gain muscle and lose weight. It's the cheapest way to sell a workout program. Each program package most likely cost Team Beachbody around a dollar. Th one thing that cost a lot was the filming and editing of the video which most likely cost about 10k.

I'm sure it cost much more than a dollar.

but I would love to stick around and share/learn about all areas of health at fitness. I dont claim to have all the answers, I dont think anyone here has them, nor does p90x, thats just something we enjoy that litterally added years on to our lives.
