    Busted for possession of AAS!

Has anyone ever had trouble with the law in regards to getting busted with some sauce on hand.

There is a few of us on IM that would like to know how it worked out in the end.

Post your experiences here if this applies to you!

It depends who gets you. If local LE gets you, your looking at (depending on your record)probation. The charge carries 5 years in most states(3rd degree felony)

If the feds get you , you will be likely charged with conspiracy, and in the fed for AAS, it carries 10 years. It use to be 5 but 3 years ago that changed to 10. If you have a record, you will most likely do prison time. 16-48 months is not unheard of, plus probation. I know ppl who have been busted by both so.. That has been what i have seen.

Back when I used to do gear (i no longer use on my self. Strictly controlled legal lab research on mouses); I wasn't too concerned as my area is probably the most leanient on gear (at a state level).

I think it is bullshit that they could make judgments on people caught innthe past for distribution for small cycles. I checked into gettingnit legally but they ant prescribe the good shit. If I knew I could get tren and sust then I would quit ordering shit and just spend the little extra money. . .

For my lab rat that is

Don't forget about the seizure laws. If you have enough, they can take pretty much everything you own.

I would figure unless your dealing, for a guy with some vials and no record they wouldn't pound on him too hard... However, there's no guarantee and they could if they wanted to.

I believe anything over 3 months of AAS can be considered intent to sale, however I could be wrong I believe I read that awhile ago.

Don't worry saturated, I work with cops on a regular basis and ask them about this all the time if they ever busted anyone for juice and they all said no. I would think that the bulk of arrests are probably because of people are legitimately dealing or home breweries.

This is correct and if you have a situation where the police have to come to your place (assume a burglary for example, hide your gear before they get there or hold off calling until you get it hidden away). The same goes for when I have something glass sitting out from the green stuff, I always have it stashed if I have someone I don't know coming over for obvious reasons.

Prince posted a thread on here (news article) with a guy that customs turned over to local LE for a very small amount - Mississippi or Louisiana?

The above posters are right. You have the least protection in your car. As far as I'm concerned, police can really do whatever they want with regards to your car. All they need is probable cause.... which they can just make up. "I smell pot." Boom, they're searching your whole car.

Keep them at home. Never, ever consent to a search of your person, automobile, or home.

As for the ultimate protection at home, SloppyJ's advice about getting a small safe is good advice. This is to prevent against the following scenario: the cops show up to your house when you're not there and ask your wife if they can look around. She says yes, and then they find your stuff. If it's in a locked safe, then her consent won't extend to the locked safe.
