Anybody on here go to auctions?

I went to my first auction Saturday at a plumbing and electrical supply place. We got over $5000 worth of stuff for $350. I really wish I would have known it was going to be so cheap and so big, I would have taken a loan out and bought a ton of shit to resell! I think I'm hooked lol. Do any of you guys do stuff like that and resell for extra money on the side?

used to go to them all the time when I was younger. my parents owned a couple of thrift stores in the city and they got a lot of stuff from auctions. they are fun to go to. great way to find antique furniture from estate sales, etc.

Bought (stole) a Viking range at a restaurant bk sale.

The key to auctions/bk sales/etc is enough time to hit them over and over as often they are a miss.

When they hit it's great though so congrats.

I actually work at the company that had it. But had to bid with all the other people.
